Reset Your Password

Forgot your password? No problem. You can reset it in a couple of minutes using your email.

Reset your password

1. Go to the nsin login page.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Type the email address you used to sign up.
4. Click Send.
5. Check your email for a message from nsin. It has a reset link.
6. Click the link, then type your new password twice.
7. Save, and log in with your new password.

Tip

The reset link only works for a short time and can be used once. If it expires, just request a new one.

Pick a strong password

• Make it long (the longer, the better).
• Mix letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Don’t reuse a password from another website.

Common questions

I didn’t get the email.

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you typed the same email you signed up with.
• Wait a minute and try again — email can be slightly delayed.

The reset link doesn’t work. The link may have expired or already been used. Request a new one from the Forgot password? page.
