How do I add my website? Follow the Quick Start. It takes a few minutes.

Do I need to install anything? No. Everything happens in your dashboard and at your domain provider.

How long until my site is active? After you change nameservers, it’s usually quick but can take up to 24–48 hours.

Will my site go offline while I switch to nsin? No, as long as your DNS records are correct first. nsin copies your existing records when you add your site. See Managing DNS Records.

My email stopped working after switching. Make sure your MX records are present and set to unproxied. See Managing DNS Records.

Visitors see an old version of my page. Clear (purge) the cache for that page. See How Caching Works.

What do HIT and MISS mean? HIT means nsin served a saved copy (fast). MISS means it had to fetch a fresh copy. See How Caching Works.

Do I need to buy an SSL certificate? No. nsin gives you a free one and renews it automatically. See SSL Overview.

My browser says “Not Secure”. Make sure your site is Active, then add an httphttps redirect.

How do I block a bad visitor? Use a WAF rule to block their IP address.

I forgot my password. Reset it from the login page. See Reset Your Password.

How do I change my plan? In the Plans section of your dashboard. See Plans.
